There are lots of ways to misuse your time. If your time management skills are lacking, you're in for a world of stress and confusion. Addictions will certainly hinder your ability to maintain a balanced schedule. A lot of discussion in the recent years has targeted obsessive video gaming and social media use as primary sources of physical, emotional, and relational stress. While these truly are the culprits of many studied stress cases, we should be careful not to let our guard down in other aspects of life; all addictions are just as likely to severely damage the important balance we need to achieve in life.
